Dear Users,

HDFC bank account of Bitbns ending with 1234 is operational again and you can transfer funds to it. 

There was an update on 8th January https://bitbns.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/35000193006-important-update-bank-account-change-on-bitbns which had mentioned to pause transfers to this account and send to the new account ending with 7070. But both accounts are operational now. 

Users can now transfer money to any of the two accounts and the amount would get credited instantly.

You can check account details at the INR deposit section of our app and website and transfer accordingly. 

We have seen a higher failure rate with PhonePe transactions and advise users to use other apps like Google pay/ Paytm/ Bhim/ any other UPI/banking app
