If you have deposited INR and the funds still don’t reflect in Bitbns INR wallet even after 10-15 minutes of making the transaction, there might be a few possible reasons for the same:
The amount has been deposited from an unlinked UPI ID
The amount has been deposited from an unlinked Bank Account.
Before proceeding any further, if your case falls under point 1 or 2 above, it is recommended to immediately link your bank account and UPI ID with your Bitbns profile
3. Another possible reasons could be that the transaction is not successfully processed from bank : In very rare cases under UPI system, the transaction gets stuck from bank which can be identified by pending notification in the concerned UPI app. In such a case it is advised to contact your bank and wait for 3-5 working days for banks to settle this. Generally the amount will be reverted back to your account or credited to our account in 3-5 working days. If the banks notify that amount has been credited to beneficiary, please raise a ticket regarding this from here
