If you have deposited INR and the funds still don’t reflect in Bitbns INR wallet even after 10-15 minutes of making the transaction, there might be a few possible reasons for the same:



  1. The amount has been deposited from an unlinked UPI ID

  2. The amount has been deposited from an unlinked Bank Account.

  3. The registered mobile number has not been mentioned in remarks section while making the transaction.


Before proceeding any further, if your case falls under point 1 or 2 above, it is recommended to immediately link your bank account and UPI ID with your Bitbns profile


Further, in such a case one needs to manually claim the reference number from the following link https://bitbns.com/#/wallets/deposit/direct/bank/in/upi  as shown in screenshot below

  1. Another possible reasons could be that the transaction is not successfully processed from bank : In very rare cases under UPI system, the transaction gets stuck from bank which can be identified by pending notification in the concerned UPI app. In such a case it is advised to contact your bank and wait for 3-5 working days for banks to settle this. Generally the amount will be reverted back to your account or credited to our account in 3-5 working days. If the banks notify that amount has been credited to beneficiary, please raise a ticket regarding this from here
