Deposits will usually reflect within 15 minutes. If it does not occur, there could be several reasons:

Bank account not linked

UPI and Bank deposits will only be accepted from bank accounts you have added in Bitbns profile. If you deposit using a UPI ID tied to a bank account that has not been added, deposit will fail.

Solution: Add the correct bank account tied to UPI ID. Then in INR wallet, click Claim Now and enter the Reference No. of the failed transaction. Your deposit will now be added.

Name in Bank Account doesn't match name in Bitbns KYC

When you make a UPI or bank deposit, we check if the bank account holder's name is similar to the one in your Bitbns profile.

For eg: If a user's name in Bitbns profile is NITIN VAIDH, then the account holder's name can be NITIN, NITIN V, or NITIN VAIDH.

Solution: Raise a support ticket

Missing Reference Number

You must enter the reference number after you click 'I have sent' or deposit may fail

Solution: In INR wallet, click Claim Now and enter the Reference No. of the transaction. Your deposit amount will be added.

Bank issue

In UPI deposits, the transaction may get stuck due to bank issues. This can be identified by a 'pending' status in your UPI app. Generally, the money will be returned to your bank account in 3-5 working days. However, it may be sent to Bitbns after a while.

Solution: If the transaction goes through after a delay, in INR wallet, click Claim Now and enter the Reference No. If it doesn't work, raise a support ticket.
