- Go to your bank statement/statement of any payment app you transferred the money with.
- Find the transaction you just completed.
- Look for the 12-digit Reference Number starting with ‘9’.
- Take a note/copy the reference number and paste it in the confirmation window.
Note: Transaction number has to be derived only from your bank statement or payment service’s statement. Right after completing the transaction, you may get a confirmation message with a Transaction ID or Reference ID containing some number. Please note that you do not have to derive the IMPS reference from there, and only from the bank statement.
