Your bank account must be verified first to make a withdrawal. In addition, you should also have 2 factor authentication enabled. Once you have done both, you can follow these steps to withdraw:
- Go to the Wallet page. In INR Wallet section, click on Withdraw INR
- You may select instant withdrawals (with ₹4–9 charge) or normal withdrawals (no charge) which take 30-60 working days
- Enter the amount you want to withdraw
- Click on Withdraw. Enter the 2FA code and confirm. Your withdrawal will be processed and deposited.
