• In Wallet page, click on Deposit INR
• Click “Pay via UPI or Bank”

UPI Method

1. Select one of your linked bank accounts. The bank account should have the same name as the one you gave in KYC.
2. Using a UPI linked to the bank account, send the required amount to the given Bitbns UPI address. Amount should be at least ₹100.
3. Click 'I have sent' button and enter the reference number if prompted
4. The amount will be reflected in the wallet soon

Bank Transfer Method 

1. Go to the Bank Transfer tab
2. Select one of your linked bank accounts. The bank account should have the same full name as the one you gave in KYC.
3. Add the given Bitbns bank details as beneficiary, if required
4. Send the required amount to the given bank account using IMPS, NEFT or RTGS transfer. Amount should be at least ₹100.
5. Click 'I have sent' button and enter the reference number
