If your registration on bitbns is rejected. You will receive a email saying the rejection reason. Update your information as per the rejection mail.


Generally, profile are rejected for the following cases:


Mistmatch of information on Aadhaar and PAN 

  • If a user receive mail with the following rejection reason, we ask user to raise a support ticket for manual verification

Account details or IFSC code incorrect

  • If a user receive mail with the following rejection reason, please update your account details and IFSC code again with proper information
